Our Beginning
Pericles Academy was founded by a team of former investment bankers and engineers from India and the US. Our founder completed his bachelor's in Engineering from IIT in India and a master's in Finance from UC Berkeley in California.
Our CTO holds a master's from NYU and worked across top financial institutions for over a decade writing trading and automation software before joining Pericles.
Together, we identified a gap in how students approach higher education—too often focused solely on getting into a "top" university rather than finding the right fit for their unique strengths and aspirations.
This realization led to the creation of Pericles Academy, where we combine our diverse professional backgrounds with cutting-edge technology to provide truly personalized mentorship.

Why "Pericles"?
Pericles was an influential Greek statesman and orator during Athens' Golden Age. He was known for promoting the arts and literature, fostering democracy, and investing in education. We named our academy after him because we believe in his vision of nurturing well-rounded individuals who can think critically, communicate effectively, and contribute meaningfully to society.
